1. Position: Ticketing Agent
Purpose of the Position:
Should be able to make reservations & issue tickets on the Galileo Reservation System. Should have the aptitude to learn and use GSA host systems. Offer options to the Customers and be able to close sale. Able to offer facilities like seat selection, meal requests, provide travel insurance, car rentals and hotel accommodation.
Requisites:
- Qualifications:
Graduate preferred but atleast 'A' level or equivalent, with IATA Diploma in Advanced Fares and Ticketing.
- Minimum Experience:
2 yrs. experience
- Competencies and other requirements of the position:
Good Communications Skills, professional attitude towards customers, willingness to help and be a team player.
Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel
Remuneration:

2. Position: Holidays Consultant
Purpose of Position
Dealing customers for their outbound holidays requirements i.e. sightseeing tours, hotel accommodation, flight reservations, car hire, train journeys and cruise trips.
Correspondence through fax / e-mail with outbound local ground handlers. To book airline seats through GDS. Reserving of hotel rooms, apartments, land transfers, car hire, train tickets, cruise trips and sightseeing tours through online vendors.
- Qualification:
Diploma /Degree in relevant field. Minimum qualification “Higher Secondary” certificate however, a university graduate preferred.
- Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant filed.
- Competencies and other requirements of the Post:
Should be competent enough to conduct a mature & enterprising attitude. Adequate communication skills required in English however, Arabic as an asset. The candidate should be capable to do online bookings for reserving hotel rooms, apartments, land transfers, car hire, train tickets, cruise trips and sightseeing tours. Candidate should have correspondence skills to arrange land arrangements through contracted ground handlers around the world mainly by e-mail.
In case of any occasional extra workload, candidate should be able to work with flexible working hours taking pressure of extra work.
