• Payment must be made in full during online registration and prior to the workshops.
• The participation fee for the conference is non-refundable. However, Taaleem do reserve the right to cancel the course if sufficient bookings are not received (and paid for) at least 2 weeks prior to the course starting. If Taaleem cancel any course, or part of a course registered participants are entitled to a full course fee refund.
• The workshops shall be open to all persons properly registered.
• Taaleem agree to provide each registered participant with tuition, workshop materials, refreshments, and a light lunch during the course of the workshops.
• Name tags will be issued to identify participants and are required for admittance to workshops; they should be carried by participants at all times.
• If a registered participant decides to cancel the registration for whatever reason, Taaleem must be advised by email conferences@taaleem.ae . This also applies in cases where visas are not granted. The course fees will be retained by Taaleem, however, the participant may nominate an alternative candidate.
• Taaleem strongly recommend that participants buy insurance to cover the cancellation of a course. Taaleem is not responsible for any costs associated with flight or travel cancellations, we recommend that only refundable flights are booked prior to confirmation of a course. In the event that a course is cancelled because of insufficient bookings, Taaleem will offer a full course fee refund.
• If an event beyond Taaleem’s control occurs, such as a leader being ill or unable to lead a course, or the venue is not available for whatever reason, then Taaleem shall endeavour to run the course with a substitute leader or venue. If that is not possible, a full refund of the course fee will be due to registered participants. No consequential or additional costs will be paid.
• Raha International School or Taaleem, their directors, officers or agents are neither responsible nor liable for the safety and property of participants or their companions, nor for any financial losses incurred if workshops are cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of Raha International School or Taaleem, either during the workshops or any excursions related thereto.
• Participants are advised to seek information on potential health and security risks and are responsible for securing adequate insurance coverage.
• Each online registration and/or accommodation, visa, and excursion booking will be subject to a 3% online transaction fee of the overall total amount of the participant’s online booking. Please note that the 3% online transaction fee is payable to Network International (online banking service) for processing the payment and is non refundable.
• Once the participants’ online payment has been made to Taaleem, and terms and conditions have been accepted, the agreement will become legally binding and governed by UAE law.

• All accommodation charges are to be paid in full during registration to confirm the booking.
• Above rates are per room per night, inclusive of 10% service charge, 10% government tax and full American Breakfast.
• Rates are valid from the mentioned period of stay only and subject to rooms’ availability upon confirming the booking. Any changes in the dates will be subject to rate change and rooms’ availability.
• Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs. Late check out from 14:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the room charge. Check out after 6:00 p.m. will be charged at 100% of the offered rate. This will be subject to room availability.
• Any late checkout requests will have to be advised in writing to ibworkshops@snttadubai.com and the charges paid in full upon confirmation.
• Any changes in the booking dates / room type etc. will have to be advised in writing to ibworkshops@snttadubai.com  and will be subject to availability.

• All cancellation requests will have to be advised in writing to ibworkshops@snttadubai.com.
• Any room cancellation prior to the 26th January 2010 will NOT be charged and refunded to the credit card details supplied and charged during registration.
• Any room cancellation on or after the 27th January 2010 will be charged at a 100% and no refunds will be made.

• Transfers in Deluxe vehicles (Caprice Royale or similar)
• SNTTA will not be responsible if the transfer has been missed due to incorrect information or flight cancellation.
• In case of flight delays, the vehicle will wait for a maximum of 1 hour after the advised arrival time.
• Pick-up time for a departure within Dubai or Abu Dhabi is 03 hours prior to actual flight.
• Pick-up time for a departure originating from Dubai but departing from Abu Dhabi / originating from Abu Dhabi but departing from Abu Dhabi is 4 hours prior to actual flight time.

• Should the maximum number be exceeded, the tours will be based on first-come-first serve basis.
• Timings are subject to change. Exact tour / activity timings will be advised prior to the event.
• Cancellation of tours/activities 30 days prior to event date will constitute no charge. Any cancellations received within 29 days prior to event date, 100% cancellation charge will be applicable for the tour or activity booked.
• Please print your confirmation as a copy of the same will be required prior to the respective tour.
